After the much talked about sex tapes of Gossip Girl Leighton Meester and R&B star Rihanna, yet another celebrity is having a problem because of a past mistake. Enter Danielle Staud, the villain of the reality show The Real Housewives of New Jersey.

Reports say that the alleged sex tape is now being shopped around by a former boyfriend of Mrs Staub. The video was taken a few years back using a cellphone camera.

However, it seems that the sex tape may not even see daylight as Danielle has already filed court papers against her estranged lover and the release of said tape.

Danielle Staub already had her share of controversy after reports came out about her past with the law. Using the name Beverly Merrill, she was allegedly part of a kidnapping and drug case. Mugshots of the housewife were also recently uncovered.
