Adult performer Stephanie Swift has been diagnosed with an aggressive form of breast cancer, this according Nica Noelle, who is one of her close friends. “Stephanie is about to face the biggest fight of her life. Everyone who loves her is devastated. We’re all praying for her full recovery,” Noelle said in an interview.

Ms Swift, who is a long-time contract girl for Wicked Pictures and the 1998 AVN Female Performer of the Year, has remained an active performer in movies as well as various other business ventures. She will undergo a double masectomy this month.

“Stephanie Swift is one of the greatest performers in the history of adult films,” said Jon B., owner of Sweetheart Video and Sweet Sinner Films. “She has starred in many of our productions, and we consider her part of the family. We’re deeply saddened by this news.”

Friends and family of Ms Swift are now busy trying to get help for the adult entertainer, which includes a fund drive to help with the medical bills. Ms Noelle added that all who contribute $100 or more to Swift’s fight against cancer will receive a free copy of “Stephanie Loves Girls!”, an all-girl Sweetheart Video feature starring Swift, Elexis Monroe and Satine Phoenix.
